Membership registration/renewal involves two steps. One must first complete the registration form by either A) completing the online form OR by B) downloading a hard copy of the registration form and submitting it in a means convenient for you. The second step involves payment of the corresponding fee which can be done online through PayPal using credit card/e-transfer OR by mail.
